Hot Yoga
We turn the heat up to 35 degrees for a hot and sweaty class to detoxify and revitalise. We weave you through a vigorous sequence of postures with specific alignments and timing. The heat allows the body to open up and find depth in the poses. The sweat cleanses by bringing toxins to the surface of the body.
The class incorporates breathing exercises, flow sequences, standing, balancing, seated and twisted poses. ‘Hot’ classes will help to lengthen and strengthen muscles, increase focus and balance, and clear the mind. Come to class hydrated.

Flow Yoga
We keep the temperature at a balmy 28 degrees and lead you through a dynamic vinyasa flow sequence. This is a faster paced class that synchronises breath with movement. ‘Flow’ integrates awareness and alignment while building strength, flexibility and core stability. The class may include sun salutations, standing, balancing, seated, twisted and inverted poses.
‘Flow’ is an energetic and rejuvenating class which will elevate your heart rate as you create internal heat. Flow through the sequence and relish the release of your body and mind.

Strong Flow Yoga
A more powerful ‘Flow’ class for those wanting to explore their vinyasa practice. In ‘Strong Flow’ we focus on a theme and workshop peak poses in an inviting 28 degree room.

Yin Yoga
‘Yin’ is a more meditative and slower paced class with long, deep holds to work into connective tissues for enhanced mobility. Yin yoga is a deep and powerful practice that creates space in your body and stimulates the body’s meridian lines (energy lines). Enjoy this gentle class in a welcoming, warm room. Sequencing may include seated, twisted and supported poses held for 2-5 minutes.
Enjoy a deep stretch especially through the hips, pelvis and spine. A therapeutic complement to the energetic ‘Hot’ and ‘Flow’ classes and to balance out an active lifestyle. ‘Yin’ is perfect for those looking for a blissful class to relax and unwind.

Private Yoga Classes
Our second, smaller studio can cater for private classes of 1 up to 20 students. Our specialised classes will be tailored to your personal goals and needs. Personal or small group classes ensure dedicated attention to your movements, alignments and breathing.
We will provide ongoing support and communication to ensure the classes are meeting your expectations. Modifications and variations will be offered throughout the sessions to meet your skill level.
These classes can be booked on a casual or ongoing basis with our certified, inspiring teachers.
