Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing through using the energy of a higher, divine, guided life force. I provide a holistic form of energy healing, meaning l work on the body, mind and spirit at the same time. Reiki can heal by balancing the body's energy centres and removing blockages. Whether you are with me in my room or l am working on you distantly, together, we can unblock, release, ease and calm your mind and body. Reiki can be used to relax stressful bodies, it can assist in healing the body and it can unlock and release any trapped energy from your past to your present.
