Kinesiology promotes healing in the mind, body and soul, based on the belief the body is capable of healing itself. When we look beneath our symptoms to the root cause of the emotional imbalance via our subconscious mind, we can bring the body back to homeostasis, the state of equilibrium and harmony. This is achieved by treating the person as a whole, allowing emotional, structural, and spiritual balance to occur. If you have tried everything without results, Kinesiology is for you!

With an emphasis on deep healing and stress relief, we provide self-led, thoughtful healing to promote physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Traumas, emotional pain and mental stress are held within the body.
Kinesiology uses non-invasive muscle testing to access the subconscious and identify various stresses within the body. We locate the blocks and work to release them, which allows deep and lasting healing to occur.
Access your subconscious and listen to the wisdom of your body. Symptoms are actually communicating stress within the body and by clearing the stress and understanding the root cause of the illness, emotion or pain, true and lasting healing can occur.

Why Kinesiology?
Everytime we have a stressful thought or memory, there is a corresponding reaction in the body. If we remain neutral, the body would have no reaction and would stay in homeostasis. Kinesiology aims to find these stresses/reactions in the body, and release them. By addressing the attached thought to any given symptom, anxiety, memory, pain etc, the nervous system is triggered and we may resolve the associated issue/symptom. People do what they need to do to feel safe, even if the pain or symptom or thought doesn't actually serve them. We don't consciously have these attachments, and when you are unaware you are unable to change or heal these unhelpful thoughts or symptoms. Kinesiology helps shine a light and gain understanding, so that we may let go of emotional and physical pain.
The vagus nerve/vagal tone of the body is so important for optimal health. The vagus nerve connects our brains to the heart, gut, lungs, and tongue. It assists in regulating the autonomic systems of our body such as breathing, heart rate, blood pressure, hormones and digestion. It regulates our fight/flight or freeze reactions, which affects our anxiety levels, and ability to handle emotional and physical stress. We are bombarded with microstress at all times of life, then the big stresses on top of that. Sometimes we get stuck in overwhelm or freeze states for example, and Kinesiology is able to uncover these blocks and release them.
The more we can keep ourselves in ventral vagal state, activating our parasympathetic nervous system, the better we can cope with stresses. When we are overwhlmed we shut down and slip into dorsal vagal state, and our rest and digest/parasympathetic system is shutdown, leading to eventual depression.
