I specialise in deep tissue massage especially benefial for those whom live a very active lifestyle,sports injuries,spinal or postural conditions such as scoliosis ect.

Each of my treatments are adjusted to each individual clients needs,With essential oils added to my sweet almond oil for specialised conditions.

I cover the whole body in an hours treatment concentrating on the most congested areas,finishing off each of my treatments by hot toweling the excess oil off. Leaving you feeling refreshed & nutured.
While listening to peacefull music in a heated quite studio.

My reflexology service can be either a half hr treatment or 1hr, using Arrow root powder & finished off by hot towelling the feet.

im very passionate about what i do & get alot of satisifaction out of releiving my clients of pain & stress.

as their is no need to rush i take my time to ease your breathing into slow deep breathes gradually easing your muscles into complete relaxtion along the way consintrating on the tight conjested areas right down to your hands & feet,finishing off with your neck & scalp massage. Then i hot toweling the oil off so you walk out feeling refreshed & nutured :-)
