About Me
Hi I’m Kimberley, a big hearted, passion-filled kinesiologist, massage therapist & coach.
I believe in offering the highest standard of care, professionalism and making sure you get what you want, need, asked for and feel great!
All treatments with me are intuitive and holistic. I am very thorough and although I take the responsibility of my role very seriously, I bring an open, nurturing and fun vibe.

Since I can remember, helping others has been a calling.
You may be able to relate to always being the person others went to for advice and random people just telling you their life story. That’s me since I was about 5 years old. Yes, 5!
I always felt I could see beyond the physical and had a deep knowing about what they really needed to hear at that exact moment on that exact day in regards to their problem.
Of course, I didn’t fully acknowledge that until much later in life. And even now, it still surprises me.
15 years in this industry and I am still amazed at the magic that happens in a session.
The radiance that shines through when a client begins to realize her magnificence.
The smile in her eyes when she realizes she really doesn’t need to carry those judgmental thoughts around anymore.
The glow of the body during a massage as the body releases and finds it natural rhythm and light.
Before the end of year 10 in high school, we were asked to write the job we wanted to do when we finished school. I wrote that I wanted to be a social worker or psychologist because I didn’t know what other jobs there were that involved helping others.
I wasn’t brought up in a conventional home and I certainly don’t think conventionally so naturally, my work is unconventional too. I’ve always done things my own way.
I did the office job and a bunch of other things too but I was never deaf to the calling. My calling. I’m still on that journey. Really, it never ends. It evolves.
So here I am doing this.. I wouldn’t call it a job. It’s a calling, a blessing and a way of life. It’s just what I do. It’s who I am.
My calling or mission is to help women like you to

When you work with me, I reflect back your truth. I give you back the power. It’s nourishing, educational, reflective, and fun too.
I believe it doesn’t have to be that hard. Women put so much expectation on themselves to be perfect and do things perfectly. The trouble with this is that there is simply no perfect way or perfect thing or outcome. There is only you and you are already perfect.
Once you realize that your light and shade and grays and colours and moods and mistakes and achievements and worries and loves are all one in the same, you are free. There are no rules.
I help you to gently shift your mind set and perception so you can see and feel quite quickly, the possibility of what it is you want. And in all this time working with women, the thing that they want is never really that end result. It’s the daily joy of being.
