What is coaching?
A coach is a guide who helps you navigate through situations, transitions, or towards a goal. Using specific techniques, a coach can help you see things that may be unclear. A coach will also challenge you to achieve your true potential. Coaching respects that you are the specialist in your life. At all times, a coach will be supportive and respectful of who you are.
As a specialist in personal development, a coach can connect you to with tools and resources that are relevant for you, and which they have experience with. This can save you time and energy and put you on the right path more quickly.

How is coaching different from counselling, therapy or mentoring?
Unlike therapy or counselling, coaching does not focus on ‘fixing’ issues or behaviours from the past. Coaching focusses on the ‘what’ and ‘how to’ of the present and future. And in contrast to consulting or advising, a coach does not tell you what to do-a coach’s job is to help you discover the right direction for yourself.

Before coaching begins
Coaching is a very personal experience that relies on the connection you have with your coach. It is important that you feel comfortable with, and trust your coach so that you obtain the most out of the coaching experience.
I provide a complimentary and obligation free 30 minute session where you are able to find out how coaching works, see if you feel comfortable with me, and have a short coaching session to experience how it feels to be coached.
How coaching services are delivered
A coaching session runs for 50 minutes, and is delivered as often as you require.
Coaching is done by telephone or Skype at times to suit you. In-person coaching is also available for an additional fee.
Confidentiality
All coaching discussions are confidential, so you can feel comfortable that what is said in a coaching session goes no further.
