Sarah is a compassionate and kind clinical psychologist who is committed to evidence-based, high quality psychological care. She works with adults and older teenagers (aged 15+) experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, mood-related concerns, grief and loss, trauma-related presentations, sleep problems, and relationship concerns. Sarah also works with couples.

Sarah has worked in government, employee assistance programs and private settings. She enjoys continuing to broaden her skill set and is trained in a variety of therapeutic systems, drawing primarily upon the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Alongside her clinical work, Sarah is involved in university teaching and research. Most recently, her research has explored the psychological outcomes of bushfire events and the role of social media in harnessing public awareness about endometriosis.
