Acupuncture

Acupuncture is not a difficult or painful ordeal, and regularly prompts a profoundly casual and relaxing state as the body's energy is gently balanced. Acupuncture actually signifies "to treat with needles" and in the course of the last couple of thousand years various styles of needle therapy treatment have been created. Acupuncture is effective for some conditions, from musculoskeletal to general wellbeing, sleep deprivation, tension and pain. It is normal for patients to experience deep relaxation throughout treatment, so much so that they nod off. The World Health Organization maintains a register of the conditions which needle therapy has been viable for in clinical trials. These can be found here.
