About Me – Kelvyn McCarroll

I utilise food as a specific form of medicine for a variety of different health issues. We are often aware that changes need to be made, but we struggle to come to terms with how to make these changes and what needs to be changed. I like to talk openly and frankly about discovering answers that are customised to you, your family and your health.

Through good nutritional choices, pathology testing, natural therapies and herbal therapies, I am able to help you, whether your focus is on energy levels or stress, weight control, improved mood, gut or skin health, a healthy heart, or simply a non-judgemental approach to making lasting changes to your health.

I will approach your consultations as a partnership – where you are provided with a say in what changes you wish to bring about and how quickly you want these changes to be made.

It’s exciting helping people make their own individual connection between lifestyle, food, sleep and health. As individuals we all have different requirements, and this requires a customised approach and realistic goals that suit each individual.
