As a practising meditator and certified teacher in meditation and mindfulness techniques I can help you to embody an ancient and effective technique that will support you throughout your life.
An initial 6 week beginners meditation course is advised to enable you to practice and receive the benefits of meditating daily.
What are the benefits of learning meditation?
One of the most effective ways we can access greater clarity is through meditation. By being still and contemplating our thoughts, we gain more understanding about the way our mind operates throughout the day. We can also access this technique to alleviate stress and become more resilient to the mental overwhelm that we all face in todays society.
Some of the common benefits include, but are not limited to, clarity, emotional resilience, compassion for self and others, greater ability to manage stress, calmness, inner peace, closer and more open communication in relationships and much more.
Kate is passionate about working with stressed out mums and professionals as well as children and teens so that they can become more resilient mentally and emotionally.
