I am a registered Core Process Psychotherapist and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. I also have 20 years of experience helping people heal from pain as a remedial massage therapist. I also have 15 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation.

I know how to provide you with a safe and holistic healing space in which to explore what your body is holding.

You need freedom from your suffering but you don’t want to have to find the solution alone. I will help and guide you. I offer you a place of calm and safety to help you heal your pain and find ease.

You will be able to open yourself to the possibility of feeling better and of reducing your pain, be it physical or emotional.
