Ingrid is a Qualified, Approved and Experienced Life Coach who is located on Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches.

She works from her consulting room in Avalon and is available on Zoom or Skype. Face to face meetings can be arranged upon request.

Ingrid was born in Perth and has lived in Adelaide, Melbourne, Auckland and Vietnam so she is no stranger to dealing with change and adjustment. Through her own life experiences she can relate to you in a non-judgemental, respectful and open manner.

Ingrid's background is 25+ years in FMCG (fast moving consumer goods). She has had a successful career working for all the major supermarkets at a senior level, with vast experience in Store Management, National Category Management, National Buying and Product Development. Through these experiences Ingrid saw a gap for tailored programs to suit individuals and companies.

Ingrid is also a member of the International Coach Federation which encourages high professional standards and conduct by its members. This means we adhere to a CODE of PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS so you can be assured of high quality coaching at all times.
