My name is Justin Winsch and I am a Qualified Personal Trainer based in the beautiful Wynnum Manly area in Brisbane. Following my own weight loss transformation I am extremely passionate about fitness and helping others improve their health and well being.
I am a strong believer in sustainable fitness & that exercise needs be fun & become a way of life or it simply isn't maintainable. Thats why at Just in Fitness we do things a little different. I provide all of my clients with advice on nutrition, lifestyle & general support; including challenge days & an online support group at no extra charge, as these are all critical to a successful health & fitness journey.
I specialise in Personal Training & Group Fitness Training for the whole family. So whether you’re looking for assistance with Weight Loss, Nutritional Advice or just looking to improve your general Health and Fitness levels, I can tailor a program to suit your needs and help you achieve your goals!
I offer flexible training options both at my private personal training studio in Wynnum West, which is fully equipped with shower and change facilities, at Primrose and Greene Park Wynnum as well as Carindale Recreation Reserve, or I can even come to you.
Hello my name is Justin Winsch.
I am a Personal Trainer based at Wynnum West, in the Eastern Suburbs of Brisbane.
Throughout my life I have struggled with my weight. Having tried every diet and exercise fad to no avail. I was a drinker, a smoker and quite overweight.
Looking through the photos of my 30th birthday party, I realised how big I really was and I wasn't happy. I was getting older. I wanted to start a family, I wanted to be able to play with my children & see them grow up.
I decided then and there I was going to give it my all. Over the years since, I have lost over 30kg and kept it off. I am now healthy, active and feel great and have dedicated myself to helping others do the same.
I know first-hand what my clients are going through. I know how tough it is to get started and to say enough is enough. I know the obstacles you will face and I know the journey can be tough,
but there is a light at the end of that tunnel.
Health isn’t something you just do, it is a lifestyle. Training should be fun and not feel like a chore, & being healthy shouldn’t mean you can’t enjoy food or it simply won't last.
As a personal trainer, my aim is to ensure training is fun, make each session different and challenging, whilst providing encouragement and support. I also give dietary advice to help my clients reach their maximum potential, and create the body and life they want.

Specialising in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), our classes are designed to give our clients the most from their workout, in the minimum amount of time. With small class sizes everyone receives the help & support they need.
