Justine Brown

I have been working in the Mental Health and Wellness field for over 20 years and have practiced in the Counselling, Bodywork, Equine Assisted Therapy, Personal Development and Disability Support fields. I am always learning, exploring, changing and growing.

I am passionate about supporting clients to feel safe, empowered and at home within themselves and in their lives. It continually brings me joy and satisfaction to see people discover, express and value their own uniqueness. This leads to change and a deeper, more intimate connection to themselves, others and their environment.

I assist clients restore balance in their body and nervous system. This balance rejuvenates, energises and renews. Freeing blocks not only relieves pain but can free emotions and 'dis-ease' that have been held in the body. I work intuitively with a client and use what we both believe is the most effective practice in each moment according to their needs, wants and goals.

I have adventured and lived in many parts of the world and bring a broad range of experiences into my work and life. My love of nature, animals and people have led me to value the support and wisdom we bring to each other. I have a special interest in assisting people who have experienced trauma to find their own meaning and fulfilment in their lives.
