Jump Together brings you Group Training
Small Groups of up to 8
The sessions are fun and high energy mixing up cardio and strength work. Variety is the name of the game - each session is different.
The sessions are designed to get great results - from weight loss, to improved fitness, toning up and much more.
Packages include extras such as regular newsletters, videos of exercises to do at home, unlimited training, 1-on-1 training sessions and access to Nutrition Complete, an online personalised meal planning and tracking system.

Jump Solo
Jump Solo for 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 Personal Training - either train on your own or with a friend.
These sessions are designed for you and your health and fitness goals. They will challenge you, you'll be amazed at your results and you're going to have a lot of fun on the way.
The sessions are varied, high energy taking place outdoors in Sydney's beautiful Eastern Suburbs.
Packages include optional unlimited group training, programs for the days between your session, access to Nutrition Complete, an online, personalised meal planning and tracking system. You also get regular newsletters full of information and tips as well as videos of exercises to do at home.
Prices start from $65 per session.

Enjoy training in beautiful Bondi and Bronte in small groups, without arranging childcare. Look forward to getting serious RESULTS! You'll lose weight, build fitness, get toned and feel fabulous.

Ocean Swimming
Have your thought about doing an ocean swim?
Would you like to go out past the break, but are nervous of deep water or big fish with sharp teeth?
Would you like to better understand water safety and rips?
Join Jump PT for an ocean swimming session to get you out in the deep, feeling safe and loving it!
What will the session cover?
Your trainer, Sarah, will be on a paddle board, so if you get tired, uncomfortable or scared, she can bring you in or you can simply have a rest on the board.
Sarah teaches the bronze medallion at North Bondi Surf Club, has completed a number of ocean swims, competed for the surf club and is a Level 1 Surf Coach. She is also a qualified swim teacher.
