What is Reiki
The word Reiki is made u of two syllables: Rei - Universal Spirit; and Ki - Life energy or chi. Therefore the word Reiki means Universal Spirit of Life, or Universal Life Energy.
Reiki is healing energy. When a practitioner channels this life energy through his or her hands to the recipient it activates the body's natural ability to heal itself. The energy goes where dis-ease have their origins and works wherever it is needed most, releasing blocked energies, cleansing the body of toxins and working to create a state of balance.
What is Crystal Therapy
Crystals are wonderful healing tools provided by the loving arms of Mother Earth. In a session crystals are used to balance Chakras, the energy centres hat are in the body, aiding the body's natural healing ability.
