The power of sound has been utterly profound in my own exploration of self, and my relationship with music is something that I love to share in a wide range of spaces, whether to get your feet stomping on the dance floor or to guide you into yourself in therapeutic settings.
I work with a selection of instruments (didgeridoo, various styles of flute, drums, guitar, hang, synthesisers, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, etc) to create vibrational spaces where you can feel safe to surrender, unwind & allow both states of bliss and challenging repressed emotions to unfold.
