Joe & Me Pilates

Joe & me Pilates is the result of an 8 years project where the brilliant technic developed by Mr. Joseph Pilates meets the honest and enthusiastic approach of Eneida Serravalle.

Eneida has worked many years with dance and education and started teaching Pilates in 2000. Committed to the idea that Pilates is for everyone, from rehabilitation to elite athletes, children and elders, pre and post natal. Her genuine and caring teaching can be witnessed in any of her classes and it is only possible for the ones that are passionate about what they do!

The brand-new studio is fully equipped in a very welcoming atmosphere. Offering sessions with a maximum 3 clients at a time, under appointment.

Initial consultation:
$95

Here we do an assessment, teach you the basics and write you a suitable program.
 
Studio sessions:
Involves mat and equipment repertoire. Maxim of 3 clients at a time*.
5   sessions  $225
10 sessions  $430
15 sessions  $600

* As programs or level of fitness defines the classes, we might have 4 clients at a time for more advanced clients.
 
Private sessions:
Single private   $95
5   Privates      $415
10 Privates      $800
 
Duets: $550 per 10 classes
Only 2 clients at a time, with similar program or level of fitness
 
Mat classes:
Only floor repertoire (eventually, using small apparatus).
Casual mat classes  $25
