Maintaining regular Pilates classes on a weekly or fortnightly basis; (depending on your predisposition and/or injury) can greatly increase posture correction, increase circulation, decrease emotional stress and lose centimetres around your waist.

One on one 45min $55

Postural integration 

Postural issues from work and life injuries.
Prolonged hours using a computer significantly contributes to pain and discomfort due to postural imbalance.

Postural integration is a one on one 30minutes session. First class is an assessment, followed by regular sessions to correct poor body mechanics.

One on one term of 5 sessions of 30 minutes $300

50% deposit upon booking and remainder can be paid at appointment.
