James believes rather than a feel-good luxury, Massage is an important part of the care and repair of muscular issues. When you experience a joint, back, neck, or limb problem, at least 80% of the occurrences can be put down to muscular problems. Muscular issues can also contribute to headaches and TMJ misalignments, pelvic tilt and rotation, and, foot and heel conditions.
