FIRST TIME YOGI
This is the prefect class if you are just starting out. All the foundations are covered here and the pace is nice and slow.
GENTLE YOGI
This is a slow paced flow class. Simple yoga poses, combined with breathing and relaxation. You feel amazing after this class. This is also a good class if you are not a beginner but just haven’t been to yoga for a while. And maybe the pace just suits you and this is your class.
FLOWING YOGI
This is a medium paced flow class where we start to explore more dynamic poses and sequences. Always options given and always a relaxation at the end so you walk out feeling on top of the world.
POWER YOGI
If you like to move and sweat and get that body moving, this class is for you. This class brings you an asana that turns up the heat, while checking in with your inner creative flow. Think recharge, invigorate, strengthen.
MINDFUL YOGI
This is our beautiful meditation class that combines meditation, pranayama (breath work), mindfulness and relaxation. Time for you!
HEALING YOGI
Run by our qualified yoga therapist Jackie, this class is designed for those with limited movement, seniors, or if you are recovering from injury. We take it nice and slow and everybody needs are met in this class. Lot of props, lots of options, lots of love.
