About Us
I-Train Australia is owned by Husband and Wife Team Rik & Tamara Cook.
We have both worked in the fitness industry since 1996 and over the years have learnt what works and what doesn’t. Our training sessions are a culmination of years of experience, technical and practical knowledge and years of our own trial and error. Yep that’s right, everything we ask you to do, we have done ourselves.
Most importantly, we have a young family, obviously our own business and an active lifestyle. We understand busy lifestyles, being time poor, exhausted from work, kids, study. We understand that getting fit and staying in shape is not always easy. In fact, we just get IT!
We pride ourselves on the quality of our training, the results we get for our clients and the no-nonsense way we approach our job.

Fitness Services
Bare Bones Training / Group Training
Bare Bones Training cuts out the fat, the fluff and the gimmicks and gets you back to what is important, training that gets results. It may not be pretty, it may not be shiny but quite simply; it works.
Each workout is personally tailored to you and your goals. Each session is limited to 5 people and costs only $10per person.
Bare Bones Training is your chance to get the results you want. Don’t put it off any longer, it doesn’t get any easier than this.
Training Times:
Monday-Friday 6-6.45pm Tuesday & Friday at 1.30-2.15pm
Mum's Bare Bones Training groups run Monday to Friday at 9.00 to 9.45am and 10.00 to 10.45am.
Children are welcome!!!
Personal Training
Personal Training is all about you, simple. It is your opportunity to get the results you have been striving for. It is your chance to look and feel great. It is your time to feel fitter and stronger than ever before.
Regardless of your age, from 16 to 60, Personal Training with I-Train Australia is about getting you the Results you want, and then teaching you how to keep them-permanently.
You can choose to come to us or we can come to you and with sessions starting from $35 for 30mins and $65 for an hour, getting in shape is more affordable than you think.

Bootcamp Pro - 2 weeks - 5 days a week - 45 mins each day. Can you handle it??
Our Bootcamp Pro program offer that perfect combination of training- effective; efficient; satisfying; achievable. With each group strictly limited to 10 people, this lets you experience the motivation and camaraderie of a group, without becoming a number within a group.
At only $15 per session could getting in shape be any easier.

Stretch, Roll & Release
Is a program designed specifically by I-Train Australia. The Stretch, Roll & Release program is designed around the principles of myofascial release and pressure point therapy. It is used as an effective tool to treat niggling knee, hip, sciatic and back pain, to mobilise muscles and joints, to reduce stiffness and tension and to improve mobility and agility. Whether you are just feeling stiff and sore or you are a sporting club wanting an effective pre-hab program, Stretch, Roll & Release is the answer.
Multi-Sport Coaching
What is your sporting passion? Do you run, ride, swim or all three? Are you happy just getting out there and having a go or would you like to be a bit fitter and faster than last year?
I-Train Australia’s Multi-Sport Coaching is designed for real people. Our process involves a thorough screen and assessment to find out your strengths, limitations and time commitments, a heart rate testing session and then the design of a fully personalised training program.
You will receive a full program outline with weekly training sessions email to you, well weekly!
We will also look at your current nutritional program and work with you to enhance your performance, race day nutrition and recovery.
