I am Inga. I am a Holistic Health & Lifestyle Coach, Yoga Teacher and Transformation Facilitator, and I am here to empower YOU on YOUR path to a happier, healthier and more fulfilled existence by helping you reconnect with your true Self and bringing more flow into your life.
Based on the experiences on my own journey to freedom and fulfillment and many years of studying and practicing Personal Development, Yoga, Mindfulness, Healing and Holistic Nutrition, I know that true health and happiness cannot be achieved through short-term “fixes” in one particular area, but are found in radical self love, full self expression, a positive mindset and a lifestyle that is in alignment with our purpose and soul's calling.
