Hi and welcome!
I spent most of my life feeling unhappy, lost, and unable to acheive my goals! I knew there was more to life, I knew I was capable of so much more than the life I was living, the biggest problem was I didn't belive in myself!
 
I felt like I was always searching for my happiness and how to live a life that felt great to me! I spent many years feeling like I must be doing life wrong becuase I didn't have what others had! As I saw others doing well in their careers, achieving life goals, starting a family, I couldn't help but feel like I was always behind in life! 
 
I couldn't work out what I was doing wrong until I realised I hadn't been doing me! All of this time I had tried to find my happiness and achieve my goals by trying to do life the way it was working for others! Of course that didn't work for me! And now with my clients I see the same thing over and over, people trying to do things the way they are told it 'should' be done rather than embracing their own uniqueness and doing life how it feels great to them!
 
What works for others isn't going to be what feels good to you! That's why I help you to work with your own needs, with your own flow, on your time!
 
A little bit about my history and why this all means so much to me...I have been through many years of anxiety, severe stress and depression! In 2008 in my late 20s I had a Reiki treatment in the hope of finally getting some clarity and relief! I was blown away with the results and the shift in my attitude! Years later after having three miscarriages I again found myself in a state of depression and severe anxiety. I had tried so many things to help me get back on track, including Yoga and seeing a Psychologist but I wasn't able to sustain the progress I was making. I decided to seek out a local Reiki therapist for another session. Again I was blown away with the shift in my attitude and how I felt on an emotional level! I decided to learn more about Reiki and that is where my journey with Reiki really began. Initially I learnt Reiki to to be able to treat and manage my own emotional and physical concerns however my love for Reiki continued to grow and the results I was getting inspired me to become a practitioner as I knew that I had to help others feel just as good.

Fast forward to March 2016, I gave birth to our beautiful daughter! My first year of being a Mum was way harder than I imagined, I suffered from post natal anxiety and depression and could feel myself heading in a direction that was all too familiar! I sought out the help of my Psychologist again, went on a very low dose of anti anxiety medication to level out my hormones and gave myself plenty of Reiki, of course! During this time I realised just how much I wanted to live a life that felt really good to me! I was now a role model for my daughter and I didn't want her to live a life that felt mediocre! I wanted her to chase her dreams no matter how crazy they seemed to others! I was so anxious about going back to my office job, at this stage I was only working part time as a Reiki Practitioner, and knew it was time to push past my fears and start living the life I really wanted!

So I never went back to my office job! I had one of those moments in my home where you stop in you tracks and all of a sudden everything just drops in! I had had enough of being scared to chase my dreams, that was now a thing of the past!

This is why I am super passionate about helping you to overcome you personal obstacles and to be able to live life as your best self! The you that is under all of that self doubt, or fear, or resistance! The you that wants so much more! The you that wants to live a life of alignment, intention and empowerment!

I get so much joy out of seeing the self-connection, self-empowerment and the transformations that Reiki and a holistic approach to lifestyle provides. 

I've known for years that I would help many people, just like you, and I truely believe that through my own life experiences and the techniques and tools I have learnt along the way combined with Reiki and my studies of Holistic Counselling that I can help you to live the life you have always wanted. I want to empower you so that long after your path crosses mine you are able to live the life of your dreams.

I'm deeply passionate about helping you to believe in yourself and really get what you want out of life. To help you live a life of harmony, learn to connect within, be centred, live mindfully and be the driver of your life. Empowering you with the knowledge of basic spiritual teachings to use in your everyday life. To live more presently and how to be more in tune with yourself and those around you. How to tune into your positive self and allow this to become your natural state of mind. Assisting you to break free from beliefs that are holding you back from living life to your truest potential.

My goal is to help you to tune into yourself and who you really are and to let that shine for the world to see! Guiding you to connect within and the resources you already hold within you to achieve a feel-great life! Guiding you to get as much out of life as you dream of, to live an intentional life and to live the life you are meant for!
