Remedial Massage

Remedial massage treats bodily pains, injuries, and dysfunction affecting your range of movement and mobility. 

Treatment involves the use of massage in the preventative, corrective and rehabilitative phases of therapy in order to restore and maintain the normal integrity of soft tissue structures of the body.

Relaxation Massage

Relaxation massages help you relax. The emphasis of relaxation is on the whole body and differs from remedial therapy, which focuses on specific areas.

Pregnancy Massage

Intoto offers pregnancy massage from 12 weeks or more. While avoiding essential oils, they tailor your massage to meet your individual needs.

Sports Massage

A sports massage employs techniques like trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and myofascial release.

Dry Needling

Using acupuncture needles, dry needling releases trigger points and increases blood flow to muscles, tendons, and ligaments.

Sauna and Fascia Therapy

With an infrared sauna treatment, you will find many benefits of loosening and lengthening the muscles and fascia, which are improved with fascia blasting tools.

Microdermabrasion

A microdermabrasion facial exfoliation treatment is extremely effective for people who want to eliminate signs of ageing, treat acne scars, or make their complexion look more radiant using no chemicals or lasers. 

The treatment includes a double cleanse, microdermabrasion on the face and neck, a hydrating mask followed by a relaxing neck and shoulder massage.

Results are immediate and remarkable.

Hydrate Me

Your dehydrated skin will feel plumped and smooth after receiving this thirst-quenching facial, but you will also experience a deeply relaxing neck and shoulder massage afterwards.

Detox Facial

During this facial treatment, excess oils and congestion are removed from your skin, which naturally brightens and refreshes it. A peel will gently remove the excess skin cells that accompany oily skin, leaving you with youthful, soft skin.

Controlled Microneedling

Using skin needling technology creates micro-traumas to stimulate collagen production. It also allows fine channels to be created in the skin that carries nutrients up to 80% better.

Lash Lift

This is a mild, natural lash treatment that is free of ammonia, alcohol, and thioglycolate, so it can be applied every 4 to 6 weeks without harming your lashes.
