About Me - Anthony Keating

Anthony Keating B.H.Sc (TCM), has a great passion for helping people live a connected, balanced and physically thriving life. Since 2007 Anthony has helped hundreds of patients with a variety of conditions from chronic illnesses and acute pain and injuries to anxiety, mood disorders and post traumatic stress.

Anthony has always been fascinated with Eastern Philosophy. As a practitoner of Tai Chi Chuan, Jujitsu and meditation Anthony has had great insights into the importance of these practices for one’s health and happiness. He also firmly believes that, as a busy healthcare practitioner, these practices are vital in maintaining his own inner balance, energy and therapeutic presence. Through his own experiences Anthony affirms’ that transformation is possible. For example, with the right approach changes can be made from a life ruled by negativity to one with a deep sense of joy and satisfaction.

After receiving his Bachelors degree from UTS Sydney. Anthony has also undertaken internships in China and South Korea. In addition he is also committed to professional development by regularly attending seminars and workshops. To maintain, update and expand skills in order to best serve his patients. Anthony is currently training in Bio-Dynamic Cran-io Sacral Therapy, a branch of Osteopathy, which will allow him to provide a more integrated approach to healing and well being.

Apart from martial arts and meditation, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family, camping, bush-walking, swimming, reading and watching films.
