Greg Elsey

Specialising in Support Services for men.

Greg has decades of people management experience, a background in business ownership, a passion for helping people become the best they can be in business, and is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner, Trainer, and Meditation teacher.

You deal with a wide range of issues daily, doing your best to stretch your experience and training to cover everything you are presented with.

Throughout his work life, Greg has observed intelligent, hard-working people struggle with every kind of problem in the workplace and in life. He has come across hundreds of different people suffering very similar issues, different settings, but the same problems to be worked on, worked through, and resolved. It is his belief that each one of these people held the solutions to their problems inside their own heart and mind, and needed help to step back and discover their own solutions.

Therese Elsey

Therese Elsey provides counselling and therapy services as well as mental health support to women in the perinatal period (typically during pregnancy and up to the child's 3rd birthday).

She is able to do this in both group and/or individual settings, for women whose mental illness and/or mental health issues that may include (depression, anxiety, grief and loss, birth trauma, complex trauma, adjustment to parenting) are negatively impact on their functioning in the pre- and postnatal period.
