About Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy, also referred to as hypnosis or hypnotic suggestion, is a trance-like state in which you have heightened focus and concentration. Hypnotherapy is usually done with the help of a therapist using verbal repetition and mental images. While under hypnosis, you usually feel calm and relaxed, and are more open to suggestion.
Hypnotherapy can be used to help you gain control over undesired behaviours or to help you cope better with anxiety or pain.

What to expect in hypnotherapy treatment
Kerrie designs every hypnotherapy session to meet the specific needs of each person.
There is no one solution that works for everyone!
Initial appointments are 90 minutes long, and involve taking a thorough history of the problem as well as an initial session of hypnosis. Further appointments last approximately 50 minutes minutes. Kerrie encourages clients to regularly engage in relaxation techniques while practicing new behaviours.
Fees
$150 for the initial session of 90 minutes
$100 for a standard session of 50 minutes
