Our goal at Integrated Podiatry at is to change the way you think about your feet. We want you to love your feet as much as we do. We understand that you may feel insecure about your feet, but we’ve seen a variety of feet in all conditions. No two feet are the same and every person has different needs, which is why we take a caring and personalised approach to your foot care.
Feet are our foundation and healthy feet are essential for overall health and wellbeing. Unlike the tyres on your car, you only get one pair of feet for your lifetime. They are fundamental to your life and your health and should not be ignored.
We are here to help you put your best foot forward not just today, but for the rest of your life. Some common conditions we can help with are:
- Corns & Callus
- Ingrown, fungal and deformed nails
- Warts & Blisters
- Athlete’s Foot (Tinea)
- Medical Pedicure
- Foot pain
- Heel pain & Plantar fasciitis
- Bunions & Hammer toes
- Flat feet or high arched feet
- Dry needling
- Foot mobilisation techniques
- Sports injuries (ankle sprains, fractures, tendonitis)
- Custom made orthotics
- Cycling orthotics
- Diabetes & Arthritis
- Footwear education
We also offer Reflexology treatments which can be a wonderful way to find mental and physical relaxation, as well as a deep sense of calm. This complementary therapy sees pressure applied to the feet (or hands) to promote wellbeing and optimal health. The feet are often regarded as a mirror of the body and in the case of Reflexology, pressure is applied to specific points on the foot (reflexes), which correspond with different areas, organs and systems of the body.
We believe that optimal health is a state of being that must be approached from many angles. As such your overall health and wellbeing are at the heart of every decision made at Integrated Podiatry Clinic. We take a caring and holistic approach to ensure all aspects of your life and body are taken into consideration (not just your feet).
