Reiki and Crystal Healing:

Reiki and Crystal Healing are both powerful, non-intrusive modalities which empower the body to heal itself. I work with these two modalities in conjunction with beautiful pure Essential Oils and Sound Therapy, and I have developed a very powerful technique called Vibrational Energy Healing.

A Vibrational Energy Healing session is extremely relaxing, and leaves you with a feeling of peace and well being. Reiki, the crystals, the vibrations of sound and essential oils work on the human energy field, helping to re-balance the Chakra system and allowing energy to move more freely through the body, which in turns assists the bodys natural healing process.

HypnoReiki:

HypnoReiki is another one of our truly powerful and unique therapeutic combinations utilising the well-known benefits of hypnosis with the spiritual healing practice of Reiki.
