Renée is passionate about hands on treatment with emphasis on personalised management through education and exercise, whether your preference is Therapeutic Yoga, Strength Training, and/or sport-specific rehabilitation.

Treatment modalities include: trigger point therapy, myofascial release therapy, Muscle Energy Technique (MET), massage, breathing analysis and exercises, and mindfulness techniques.
