Welcome!

My name is Lorna and I am deeply passionate about helping adults and children with autism, Aspergers, anxiety, ADHD, allergy, digestive disorders, auto immune disorders, and intolerance to become happier, healthier, and kicking life goals.

On my own unique journey, I have learned first hand how inter-related these disorders are, the influence toxins and nutrition can have on them and how it feels to be overwhelmed without the support and guidance of a practitioner who truly understands.

I have been a qualified naturopath for 15 years and an autism advocate who firmly believes in the importance of early intervention, practical strategies, nutrition, guidance, connection, resources, and support for each individual, child, and family.

My mission is to support and guide individuals and children decrease their toxic load and improve their nutrition, to cleanse and nourish their body and brain, and to assist them to learn new life skills and reach new goals.
