What is Lymphatic Massage?

Lymphatic Massage is a unique, massage technique used to stimulate the flow of lymphatic fluid around your body in order to promote fluid circulation and detoxification.

It is NOT an ordinary massage! It is different to your usual soft touch.  We use a specific amount of pressure and rhythmic circular movement to stimulate the lymph, encouraging its movement towards the heart for the drainage of fluid and waste.

Lymphatic Massage assists with:

ABOUT ME

Hi I’m Rebecca, Lymphatic Massage Therapist, Advanced Physical Iridologist, and Owner of Insight Into Self Care. I am fueled by my passion for natural health and helping others live a healthier lifestyle. From losing my mum as a teenager to the Big C and also having health issues myself like pre-cancerous cells, endometriosis and IBS I knew there had to be a healthier way to live. Through years of study, self development and implementing what I have learnt Im happy to say I have been symptom free for many years.
I consider myself to be friendly, caring, a loving wife, mother, nan and friend. I will always be a ‘forever student,’ eager to both build on my knowledge of health and self care and stay in tune with the latest Lymphatic & natural health therapies through continued study and research.
My hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to my most recent success becoming a Lymphatic Massage Therapist and creating my own online Self Care store.

I truly believe implementation and consistency is key to success in all aspects of life.
