Utilising Kinesiology we concentrate on a holistic treatment that will help you to uncover the underlying cause of the issue, as opposed to treating the effect. Getting to the heart of what is currently holding  & blocking your path and causing the imbalance. The emotions and pain from stress and anxiety can be releases to enable you to reach alignment. Providing you with a sense of self-worth and freedom to be who you desire to be.

About Sonja

Sonja utilises the natural therapy of Counselling Kinesiology and Kinesiology to re-align the natural energy flow of the body, intelligence, and innate ability to support optimal wellbeing and health through the use of holistic treatments. This helps to release old patterns and habits of behaviour from the past so that you are free to be your true light for yourself and for others.
