Yoga classes are run at McKay Road in Hornsby Heights. Come to yoga classes to learn to integrate the wonderful living wisdoms of yoga into your daily life.

Qualifications
350 hr Yoga Teachers qualification from Bowral Yoga
320 hr Certificate in Yoga Therapy
Meditation Facilitators certificate from Nature Care College
First Aid Certificate
Mental Health First Aid
Registered with Yoga Australia, so health fund rebates are available if your fund participates.
Studio Information
There is reverse cycle air conditioning for heating and cooling.
The studio is fully equipped with mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks and belts. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you would prefer.
Please ring before your first class to ensure there is a spot.
Classes start on time, so please don't be late.
The doors open 15 minutes before class time.
Arriving early allows you to settle into a relaxing pose for a few minutes before class starts.
Classes are done in bare feet and you should wear comfortable stretchy clothing.
Students are always encourages to work within their own limits.
It is best not to eat at least one hour before class, preferably two hours.
Classes are 75mins long (60 mins for Restorative yoga)
