Welcome to In Motion Lifestyle Centre
In our classes we offer you with a space to experience and practice a quality of posture and movement, and a space to breathe into that moment. Discover and understand yourself in the moment and be on your journey to a greater awareness of being one with who you truly are.
Yoga comes from the word Sanskrit “YUJ” – which translates to joining or union. The expression of yourself through posture with time to tune in and feel the connection with where you are in that specific moment stimulates a deep connection with mind, body and breath. This unique expression of self, grows and changes in every moment with the practice of yoga assisting us in being able to unlock a more profound understanding of who we truly are, as one and in relation to others. Yoga truly is a gift that allows us to live a life of unity and connection.
We provide yoga therapy, yoga classes and 1 on 1 private classes to help improve, sustain and develop your awareness in life for life.
About Louise – The owner of In Motion Lifestyle Centre
Louise has experience and knowledge of yoga as a result of more than 20 years of practice. She has attended classes and learned from teachers re-known worldwide and from various yoga backgrounds.
Louise also has a background in:
- Positive Psychology Certificate: The Wholebeing Institute, 2015-16
- CHEK Nutrition and Lifestyle, Level 1 - CHEK Institute,
- Ayurveda Lifestyle Counselling I, Ayurveda Elements –Rama and Caroline Prasad,
- Thai massage, Reiki, Crystals & Colour therapy, and psychotherapy.
Louise’s learning has allowed her to improve her own personal yoga teachings and practice. Her in depth awareness of integrated somatic knowledge is relayed onto her students.
