About Us

Having met over two decades ago in 1990, Tania and Lizzie have gone on to share clinic space, friendship, teaching, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Together they share a passion for ongoing education, their healing work, teaching, and research. Both work out of Clovelly at the Integrative Medical Team at Chris O’Brien Lifehouse providing supportive massage.

Tania Griffin

Tania has a passion for health and leading a positive lifestyle. She firmly believes that massage and tactile therapies have the power to rebalance and heal the body and mind.

Lizzie Milligan

Lizzie loves to see the benefits of her healing touch and the empowerment she can give to clients, and this has been a huge factor in her 25 years of service in the industry.
