Reiki (pronounced ray key) is Universal energy or life force energy and is an ancient Japanese form of energy healing. Every living creature is an energy system and Ki (or Chi in China and Prana in India) is the life force energy that runs through us to keep us growing, developing and vital. If our Ki is low, we, as energy systems, become out of balance and open ourselves up to dis-ease, illness, stress, anxiety, fatigue, etc and find that we are not functioning as efficiently.

Reiki helps to clear and balance any and all blockages to your Ki as well as remove any and all negative energies. Reiki helps to increase our Ki, balance our energies and promote relaxation, clarity and wellbeing in order for our us to self-heal.

I offer Reiki on two levels:

Angelic Celestial Reiki: Connecting to the celestial realm to deliver a 1 hour Reiki session designed to clear and balance your chakras and energy systems. 

Crystalline Flush: Connecting to the Crystalline Consciousness energy of the New Earth to flush and heal each chakra and their associated meridians. This is a deeper level clearing and healing session designed to remove contracts and negative energies from the chakras over 1.5 - 2 hours.
