Individual Inner Power Healing Sessions

Did you know that our bodies can store trauma, emotional and mental stress, false belief systems, physical distress, environment stress, and other blocks to personal growth in our subtle energy fields?

These blocks affect our ability to function at our full potential. I offer Inner Power Healing sessions to facilitate the healing process, clearing blocks in the energy fields, repairing and rebalancing your energy. This means the body is better able to return to its optimal level of balance and draw on its innate ability to heal itself. Inner Power Healing sessions are designed to help you feel freer and more confident as you move ahead with your life. The work I do releases the imprint that was blocking your progress and prevents you from being trapped in that same situation again.

I offer one-on-one Healing and Therapy sessions, using traditional and holistic counselling techniques to raise awareness and empowerment, and bring about healing. I will select an energy modality that best suits your situation and will recommend a number of sessions dependent on the severity of your trauma.
