Hi, glad you made it to my page. Here's a little info on who I am and what my passion is. Everything I facilitate is to Journey inwards. As we are all different, we may choose different ways or choose a different piece of the puzzle......but it's still about a journey inwards.
My name is Julie and I have been working with Natural therapy and metaphysics for over 25 years. Along with Body and Energy work of Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Pranic Healing and Aromatherapy, I am a musician and composer. With my love of music, I also resonate deeply with vibrational healing.
I run regular group sessions of:
- Sound Healing & Meditation (crystal/Tibetan bowls, chimes, drumming)
- Sound Circles using our voice toning/chanting and/or drumming
- Meditation, Movement & Sound Healing
- Foot Massage & Reflexology.
- Wellness workshops providing participants hands on insights into their own health and wellbeing with easy to learn techniques for themselves and family members
- Sound Healing sessions available for private/work functions.
PRIVATE Wellbeing Appointments
I offer private appointments for Reflexology, Massage, Reiki, Pranic healing, Sound Healing. Appointments are intuitively based often using a combination of modalities and experience to draw upon to help you achieve your highest wellbeing. All appointments begin with an aromatherapy footbath and discussion of what's most appropriate for the day.
Mostly from Sorrento and Northern suburbs.
Reiki and Pranic Healing, distant Healing is also available.
