About Mark Lambert

Prior to starting his own practice, Mark worked in various settings, including health retreats, massage clinics and The Gawler Foundation.

He uses massage therapy to provide relief from muscle stiffness and emotional tension. We all know how both of these can lead to stress, anxiety and all sorts of pain such as backache, headaches, fatigue, shoulder, hip and neck pain.

Through massage therapy, the muscles are relaxed and released from contraction, allowing for better blood circulation. Mark believes that getting regular massages restores balance and puts your wellbeing on an optimal level.

He executes every massage style with passion and relishes pure satisfaction every time he sees his clients benefit from this age-old healing technique.

Working for The Gawler Foundation, where he provided massage services to individuals suffering from cancer and multiple sclerosis, was the most rewarding phase of Mark's career. 

The healing principles of The Gawler Foundation are hinged upon the battle of its founder with cancer. According to Ian Gawler, receiving regular massage accounts for his successful recovery.
