Devastated that Hypoxi treatments were not available in Australia, the founders swiftly set up Australian operations so they could bring the revolutionary product into the country.

Today, Hypoxi Australia is the exclusive distributor of HYPOXI body shaping equipment to businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

The network of Hypoxi locations are each independently owned and managed. HYPOXI GmbH – Salzburg, Austria

Based in Salzburg, Austria, Hypoxi GmbH is the manufacturer of Hypoxi fat loss and body shaping equipment. Established in 1998, the company’s aim is to develop and produce highly effective products based on sound scientific principles.

Hypoxi GmbH’s founder, Dr Norbert Egger, has over 30 years experience in the field of lipodistrophy and weight loss. Together with a team of mechanical engineers, Dr Egger developed the range of Hypoxi figure shaping systems which successfully combine the benefits of traditional therapy with advanced technology.

Why does Hypoxi work?

Hypoxi’s founder, Dr Norbert Egger, recognised that if he could stimulate blood flow to a specific region of the body, he could accelerate the rate at which fatty acids were metabolized in that region.
