ABOUT
Hunter Valley Psychology is a private practice in Newcastle NSW run by Bart Henrick. Bart is a Clinical Psychologist and Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), with a Master of Clinical Psychology degree and two Honours-level degrees. Bart has worked in the past in GP clinics providing generalist psychology services to a clients of all ages with a broad range of presenting issues. Bart has a special interest in working with people who have experienced trauma, including those with a diagnosis of PTSD. Bart does a lot of work for Vietnam Veteran’s Counselling Service (VVCS) as a contract psychologist, and is committed to the ongoing support of ADF personnel and their families.
Bart is keen to help you reduce psychological distress and achieve a better quality of life. He uses elements of the following treatment models when working with his clients:
