We know that as people begin to release these from mind and body, they experience shifts that can bring about relief and life-enhancing change. Karen welcomes contact from adults of any age, young and older adults including seniors.

More on Karen
Karen holds a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
She began her private practice in early 2022 after gaining professional experience in her roles as Specialist Trauma counsellor at 1800RESPECT and as Counsellor at Doncare Community Centre.
Karen continues to provide grief counselling at The Grief Centre (New Zealand).
Previously she held roles in Education at various universities including as Lecturer-In-Charge of Indonesian at the University of Melbourne and research fellow at Monash University. Karen earned her doctorate in Southeast Asian studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
