About Hopetoun Natural Therapies
Welcome to Hopetoun Natural Therapies. We’re a complementary health and wellness clinic in Park Orchards VIC that treats injuries, relieves chronic pain and improves the body’s overall function.
Our clinic was established seven years ago by our founder and principal therapist, Tiffany Hodgson, in the neighbourhood of Ringwood. She envisions a warm and welcoming environment that addresses each patient’s needs with honesty and transparency.
Our manual massage and osteopathy treatments will help your body recover swiftly from injuries and restore its full capacity. You’ll leave our clinic not only feeling much better, but also equipped with a deeper understanding of your health and physique to make informed decisions.
We treat people of all ages — children, elderly, pregnant mums, fitness enthusiasts, professional athletes, etc. — who exhibit symptoms of stress, fatigue, anxiety and tension.

Tiffany Hodgson
Director/Remedial Massage Therapist
Tiffany has been providing remedial massage for more than 11 years since graduating from the Melbourne Institute of Massage. She has a particular interest in sports massage and is often sought out by professional athletes, gym regulars, runners and cyclists.
She also has qualifications for pregnancy and relaxation massage, myofascial cupping and ear candling.
Tiffany is committed to guiding her patients to a healthy and active lifestyle, hence continuously providing them with education. She herself maintains a healthy lifestyle by playing basketball, attending Pilates classes, joining long distance races, and cooking nutritious meals.
Dr. Thomas Jacotine
Osteopath
Thomas graduated from Victoria University with a double degree in Health Sciences and Applied Science (Osteopathy).
Thomas has a particular interest in the athletic population, stemming from his love and ongoing involvement in sport. He treats a variety of musculoskeletal complaints including sport injuries, degenerative conditions as well as acute pain in the neck, lower back and hips.
As a passionate follower of the osteopathic principles, Thomas hopes to inspire and assist people in being able to live their best quality of life. He is driven by the reward of improving functionality and relieving pain for his patients.
Thomas's personal interests include football, surfing and tennis. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and is keen to get back travelling abroad.
Thomas is qualified in dry needling and myofascial cupping.
Lisa Woolsey
Remedial Massage Therapist
Lisa is a qualified remedial massage therapist completing her studies at the Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy. She has had years of experience in the beauty industry and knows the importance of taking care of your self.
Her holistic approach is designed to help her patients relax and feel comfortable in both mind and body. She uses techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial cupping and encorporates stretching to improve flexibility.
Her interest is to keep learning and continuley improve her skills to assist each patient reach their individual health and wellbeing goals.
Lisa is a mum of 2 boys and on the weekends likes to wind down reading a good book, walking the dog and sewing.
Darcie Alderwick
Nutritionist
Darcie is an Accredited Practising Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Sciences, Majoring in Physical Activity and Health (BNutr).
Throughout Darcie’s studies at Deakin University, she specialised in weight management and sports nutrition. Since graduating, she has worked with children and teens, young women, older adults, athletes, persons with disability and everything in between.
Darcie has been working with clients to develop healthier eating habits and behaviours; through undoing diets, helping clients understand the psychological aspect around food and empowering people to make their own healthy and sustainable choices.
Her holistic, non-diet approach strongly advocates not one size fits all and healthy eating doesn’t need to be made hard. Her love of food is strong, and her recipes are the perfect balance of health, taste and convenience.
