After losing my passion for music teaching I faced many internal struggles, and it was not until I sustained an injury in my martial arts training that I discovered the true healing power of natural therapies. The session that I booked with the therapist amazed me, he was not only a chiropractor, but he was also an acupuncturist, iridologist, and hypnotist. I was so obviously intrigued and amazed by his work that he offered me a job even though I had no experience. I always was a teacher at heart, and so the two elements came together. So, I enrolled in the best clinical hypnosis training program at the time: the Australian Academy of Hypnotic Science with Jim Goulding as my primary Lecturer. Here, I attained a diploma and post-graduate diploma.
