Holistic massage is based on Sweidish and Lomi Lomi styles. It is also guided through a deep intutuion dedicated for bringing mental, spiritual and emotional nourishment to the individual. This approach helps harmonise any stress and tension that can accumulate in the muscular and nervous system. Also through theraputiec techniques allows your system to feel more relaxed and as a result your body can release any aches and pains. Another added benefit from this holistic approach of body work, any disturbances that can reside in your mind and emotions can be cleansed and deepens your body into a calm state.
