During acupuncture, very fine sterile needles are inserted into specific points on the body.

Furthermore, it promotes the release of chemical messengers, such as endorphins, which reduce pain and promote a positive mood.

Counselling

The purpose of counselling is to provide support and guidance in resolving personal or psychological issues.

Combining acupuncture and counselling has proven extremely effective for Steve in resolving many unprocessed emotions.

You can share tough experiences in a safe environment.

During this process, experiences become integrated into the whole, pain decreases, and emotional healing occurs.

Qigong

A traditional health practice, Qinggong dates back thousands of years.

It is a deeply relaxing practice that aims to facilitate conscious control over the autonomic nervous system and increase respiratory efficiency by calming the mind and energising the body.

When the body is relaxed deeply and the mind is at peace, the body's inherent healing abilities are fully active.

A gentle Qigong exercise called Restorative Qigong is ideal for individuals feeling tired, overwhelmed, stressed out by life, or those dealing with chronic disease.

With slow, gentle movements and abdominal breathing, you can create meditative movement, reduce stress and boost your energy.

Cupping

If there is an excessive amount of muscle tension, cupping can be exceptionally helpful.

In this practice, sterile glass cups are placed on the body at specific points to create a vacuum, bringing blood and lymph fluids to the surface.

Cupping may cause temporary skin discolouration that may last up to two weeks.
