Small Group Training - As mentioned above, I work with women that are committed to their own health and wellbeing. I dont' work with timewasters. Our time is precious and valued. I've created a timetable that with Cardio, Strength and Toning. It can't be all cardio and no weights, and it can't be all weights and no sweat.
Clubbercise is a FUN way to workout! What is Clubbercise?
Clubbercise is an aerobic, simple dance workout, done to uplifting and the best dance/club anthems of the 90's &00's! Done in a darkened room with lasers and disco lights, you can truely set yourself free and dance like no one is watching! (cause no one is!)
If you are bored or need a FUN way to exercise and lose weight, this is it! (and no you don't have to be co-ordinated)!
If you are new or just getting back into exercise, or need to expand on your fitness desires, HiVibe has the time for you.
