These are all effective gentle muscle release techniques

So firstly call text or email me to discuss and then make a time for an appointment which suits us both, usually at your home or work.

Appointments are available during the week or weekend.

During your treatment you leave light clothing on and usually either stand or sit and sometimes lie down.

Then with gentle non-invasive techniques I have learnt, effectively release the muscle groups to allow the return to a state of comfort.

The treatments take about 30 minutes and you can return to your regular activities afterwards.

If you happen to require more than one treatment for a particular issue, the costs of the first session also pays for the subsequent sessions. A monthly fee can be negotiated for ongoing treatment.

if I cant help you there is no charge, so there is no risk to you, either you get relief or you don't pay. This offer demonstrates the effectiveness of these techniques in combination.

Currently I am helping about 8 or 9 out of every 10 clients.

The treatments are given through light clothing and no oils are used.

The treatments are safe for everyone from newborns and pregnant women to the elderly and frail.

There is usually no need for you to lie down.

If you don't have much time off work, some sessions can be short, they can fit into a short lunch break. I can come to you.

Health fund rebates are available, check with your fund to see what rebate they give.
